The â??walkâ?? was a project where I designed a walk in the grounds of Beelitz- Hailstatten a tuberculosis hospital in the forests on the outskirts of berlin. It started at the bathhouse and crossed the road to the west Side, where I stayed for the rest of the walk. The walk was designed like this as the hospital was divided in to a male section and womenâ??s section not including the bathhouse and church. Like at the time of the hospital I stayed to these rules and only walked in the women areas.
The walk went through all types of areas within the grounds, which added interest; like over grown paths, main roads, open paths, paths with roofs and paths under forest, past newly build housing estates, through ruin building and on the roofs where trees where now growing.
This project was a individual project done at the EEA 2013 and the outcomes were exhibited in the â??Foreign Affairsâ?? exhibition 7-8th September 2013
