The Alternative Atlas is a book of useless maps, made by myself, influenced by the different definition of a map.
The book uses constructivist’s techniques to make the audience read the book like they would read a map. The text and images have been laid out so the reader has to turn the book round and look closer in parts, similar to reading a map.
The key at the end of the book can be used to make the whole book in to a map taking the audience on a unknown journey which takes them of there predictable paths and takes them on a new journey of a area.
